This fifty year old patient from Jackson, Michigan came to my office with an interest in breast reduction surgery. She complained that she did not like the appearance of her large breasts and they were causing her a great deal of pain in her shoulders and back. She was wearing a 40D bra prior to having surgery and had approximately 420 grams of breast tissue removed during surgery. She is very happy with the results of her surgery and the appearance of her smaller breasts. She likes that she no longer has the pain she used to.
