This pleasant forty-four year old secretary and mother of two from Jackson, Michigan came to my office with an interest in changing the appearance of her breasts.  She stated she was unhappy with the sagginess of her breast tissue and that her breasts were small in size.  This patient chose to have a mastopexy (breast lift) and breast augmentation surgery.  The patient received moderate profile silicone gel filled breast implants.  Because the patient had some asymmetry the left implant was 304cc and the right was 286cc.  This difference helped to make her more symmetrical.  The patient was wearing a 36C brassiere before surgery and is now wearing a 36D brassiere.  She is very happy and satisfied with the outcome of her surgery and the new look she now has.
