For this patient, Dr. Sampson recommended moderate-profile smooth saline implants, placed under the pectoral muscle and filled to 475cc on each side. While higher-profile implants tend to be more noticeable, submuscular placement helps ensure a more natural curve for the final result.

This patient is very happy with the results of her Michigan plastic surgery procedure. In her follow-up meeting she told us that her breasts are just like she has always wanted them to be.
