This twenty-two year old receptionist and mother from North Adams, Michigan came to my office because she was dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts.  She was wearing a 36A brassiere at the time of her consultation.  She chose to have breast augmentation surgery and received moderate profile saline-filled breast implants.  Her implants were inserted through an inframammary incision and are subpectoral.  Her implants were filled to 440cc.  The patient is now wearing a 38C brassiere and is so happy.  She loves her new look and the confidence she has gained from it.
