This pleasant twenty year old student from Michigan Center, Michigan came to my office with an interest in breast augmentation surgery.  She stated she was unhappy with the appearance of her small breasts and wanted them to be larger.  She was wearing a 34A brassiere when she came for her consultation. 

She received moderate profile saline-filled breast implants that were inserted through an inframammary incision and are subpectoral.  Her implants were filled to 275cc.  The patient is now wearing a 34C brassiere.  She is very pleased with the outcome of her surgery and the care she received from the office.
