This pleasant twenty-five year old patient from Grand Rapids, Michigan came to my office with an interest in breast augmentation surgery.  She was unhappy with the appearance of her small breasts.  She was wearing a 32A brassiere before choosing to have breast augmentation. 

 Her breast implants were placed through an inframammary incision and are subpectoral.   This patient received moderate profile saline-filled breast implants.   Because the patient’s breasts were asymmetrical before surgery the left implant was filled to 390cc and the right implant was filled to 460cc giving her a more even look.  This patient is now wearing a 34C brassiere and is very satisfied with the outcome of her surgery and the care she was given at my office.
