This pleasant twenty-four year old patient came to my office because she was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts.  She didn’t like the excess skin and the sagginess.  She chose to have a breast lift and augmentation.  She received 450cc smooth moderate profile saline filled breast implants.  She was wearing a 36B brassiere before surgery and is now wearing a 36DD after having her surgery.  She is very happy with the outcome of her surgery and her new look.
