This sixty-nine year old retiree from Spring Arbor, Michigan came to my office with an interest in rhytidectomy (facelift) surgery. She was unhappy with the appearance of excess tissue to her face, the sagginess it produced, and the wrinkles that were left as a result. This patient chose to have rhytidecomty (facelift) surgery. The excess tissue was removed which improved the sagginess and rid her of the majority of her wrinkles. The patient is very satisfied with the result of her surgery. She loves her new younger appearance and the wonderful care she received at my office.
