This pleasant sixty-seven year old retiree from Horton, Michigan came to my office wanting to improve the appearance of her face. She stated she was tired of the aging and sagging of skin to her face and neck. She stated she still felt youthful and wanted to look that way too. This patient underwent rhytidectomy (facelift) and liposuction to her neck. This patient was very happy with the results of her surgery. She states she loves her new look and has the more youthful look she wanted.
