This pleasant fifty-six year old QA manager from Traverse City, Michigan came to my office becasue he was unhappy with the excess tissue, sagginess, and rhytids to his face.  He stated he was a very active and outgoing person and his appearance was a hindrance to him.  He stated he felt he looked much older than his age.  He came to me to inquire about facelift surgery.  He stated if he could get a more youthful appearance he would feel more confident and be able to have more fun.  This patient underwent rhytidectomy surgery and liposuction to the neck.  He is very happy with the results of his surgery and states he feels much younger and looks much more youthful, which is what he was trying to accomplish.  The wrinkles and sagginess that this patient was complaining about was corrected with this procedure and he has very good results.  He states he would recommend this procedure to anyone who still feels young at heart but who doesn't quite look it these days.
