Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a technique whereby veins are injected with a solution the sclerosed (irritants) veins and causes them to collapse and eventually fade from view. Multiple different types of sclorosing solutions have been used over the past few years. Dr. Sampson uses a solution mixture of a concentrated solution of salt, water, and Lidocaine to reduce the discomfort.

Sclerotherapy has been used in multiple patients over the years in Dr. Sampson’s practice. Patient satisfaction has bee quite high.
